When can I order this book?

You can order this book now for dispatch the first week in May.

Can I order more than one?

Yes you can but the book is printed as a limited edition of only 2000 copies.

How will my book be dispatched and what will it cost to send?

In the UK we will use Royal mail charging £1.50 including postage and packaging, Europe £4.30 and worldwide £5.50.

How can I pay for the book?

You can pay by by Paypal or the leading debit and credit card operators.

When can I expect to receive my book?

Please allow 10 to 15 days to arrive for UK and up to 21 days elsewhere.

What name will appear on my bank/credit card statement?

The name that will show up on statements will be "Paypal*Quickenings".
